Our Call for Papers is already closed; poster submissions are still welcome until June 6. Our submission deadline was February 1, 2015.

Contribution Options

• Full Papers: 5000 words (max. 10 pages including figures, tables and references)
• Short Papers: Min. 800 words (max. 4 pages including figures, tables and references)

Please follow the formatting guidelines. Shorter abstracts will only be considered for poster presentation.

Themes and Special Sessions

Review Process

• Double blind review by review commitee members.
• First submission must not be labelled with your name.
• Notification about review outcome by March 16, 2015.

Final submission for inclusion in the conference programme & author registration

• Author registration until April 4, 2015 including payment of author's conference fee (€ 180,-).
• Registration as author is only possible for ONE conference submission.
• Submission of final version for publication until April 15, 2015

Oral presentation

Full and short paper contributions will be assigned to a theme related session. You will be notified about the date and time of your talk as well as the presentation form via email. The updated programme will be published on the conference website as well.
